On-the-Job Training Program

- Selected candidates will undergo an On-the-Job Training Program designed to provide practical experience and develop the professional and managerial skills required for the Business Manager profile.
- Training Duration: Approximately 6 to 9 months
- Training Program: BDM Course Business Development & Management
- Training Cost: Approximately 1.5 lakh, completely borne by the company
- Candidates will receive practical, on-the-job experience throughout the training period.

- During the training period, candidates will be responsible for:
- Providing health advice and consultation to people
- Creating health awareness in society
- Interacting with people and understanding their requirements
