Working Days: 5 Days Working

Week Off: 2 Rotational Week Offs

Cab Facility: Provided

Qualification: 10+2 / Any Graduate

Experience: Freshers & Experienced Candidates

Eligibility Criteria

Freshers:

- 10+2 / Any Graduate
- Excellent English communication skills
- Willingness to work in night shifts

Experienced Candidates:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in any International Voice Process
- Good communication and customer-handling skills
- Willingness to work in night shifts

Salary

- Freshers: 3 LPA
- Experienced: 4 LPA

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer interactions through international voice support
- Understand customer queries and provide appropriate resolutions
- Maintain professional communication throughout customer interactions




- Follow process guidelines, quality standards, and company policies
- Ensure customer satisfaction while meeting process targets
- Accurately document customer interactions and update relevant systems

- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Positive listening and interpersonal skills
- Customer-oriented approach
- Strong problem-solving ability
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable working in night shifts
