- 4+ years of relevant experience can be considered.
- Strong US/AMER/ EMEA onboarding experience, preferably within the last 18 months.
- Hands-on experience with:
- Offer letter generation
- Background verification (BGV)
- I-9 / employment verification
- onboarding processes
- Candidates with EMEA/India experience + recent US onboarding experience can also be considered.
- Workday experience is preferred, but the team is open to candidates with relevant experience in SAP or Oracle if they have solid offer/BGV/onboarding experience.
