- We are hiring a BIM Manager MEP with strong experience in BIM project management, MEP coordination, team leadership, client communication, BIM standards implementation, and project delivery.
- The candidate should have 8+ years of experience in MEP BIM and should be capable of managing Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, and ELV / Low Current BIM workflows across multiple projects.
- Key responsibilities include managing BIM project delivery, leading BIM Coordinators and Modelers, planning project resources, reviewing project requirements, setting up BIM workflows, and ensuring that all deliverables are completed as per project standards and timelines.
- The candidate will be responsible for reviewing BEP, EIR, BIM standards, LOD requirements, model setup, naming conventions, worksets, parameters, templates, coordination workflows, and quality control processes.
- The role requires strong understanding of MEP services, multidisciplinary coordination, clash detection, clash resolution, model federation, drawing production, shop drawing workflows, and BIM deliverables.




- The candidate should coordinate with clients, consultants, project leads, engineers, and internal teams to ensure smooth communication, timely issue resolution, and successful project execution.
- The candidate should be able to monitor project progress, review model and drawing quality, manage coordination meetings, track project risks, prepare reports, and guide the team for technical and delivery-related matters.
- The candidate should have good knowledge of Revit MEP, Navisworks Manage, BIM 360 / Autodesk Construction Cloud, AutoCAD, MS Office, and BIM coordination platforms.
- The candidate should have robust leadership, communication, planning, problem-solving, and team management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
- Experience in international BIM projects, large-scale building projects, ISO 19650, COBie, digital construction workflows, automation awareness, and client-facing project management will be preferred.
