Position: Customer Support Associate – IAG Cargo Process

Job Type

Contractual Employment (6 Months)

Work From Office (WFO)

Freshers and Experienced candidates can apply.

Candidates with good communication skills and a customer-focused approach is preferred.

Salary (In-Hand)

Freshers: 18,000 per month (In-Hand)

6 months to 1 year of experience: 23,000 per month (In-Hand)

Shift Details

24x7 Rotational Shifts

2 Rotational Week Offs per week

Process Mix

60% Voice Support

40% Backend Support

Job Responsibilities

Handle customer queries related to IAG Cargo shipments and logistics.

Assist customers with shipment tracking, cargo bookings, and logistics-related inquiries.





Required Skills

Positive verbal and written communication skills.

Willingness to work in rotational shifts.

Work Location: Work From Office

Note: This is a 6-month contractual role. Candidates should be comfortable working in a 24x7 rotational shift environment with 2 rotational week offs per week.
