- We are hiring a Senior BIM Modeler MEP with solid hands-on experience in Revit MEP, Navisworks, MEP coordination, clash resolution, and construction documentation.
- The candidate should have 5+ years of experience in MEP BIM modeling and should be capable of independently developing and managing BIM models for HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, and ELV / Low Current services.
- Key responsibilities include creating and updating LOD 300 / LOD 350 MEP BIM models based on design drawings, consultant inputs, redline markups, coordination comments, and project requirements.
- The candidate will be responsible for preparing coordinated MEP drawings, shop drawings, builders work drawings, sleeve drawings, as-built drawings, schedules, and other BIM deliverables as required by the project.
- The role requires good understanding of MEP services, ability to read and interpret design drawings, schematics, layouts, specifications, and coordination drawings.




- The candidate should support clash detection and clash resolution using Navisworks, coordinate with BIM Coordinators, Project Leads, Engineers, and other discipline teams, and ensure proper model quality before submission.
- The candidate should have knowledge of BIM standards, LOD requirements, worksets, view templates, families, parameters, naming conventions, and model coordination workflows.
- The candidate should be detail-oriented, responsible, able to work independently with minimum supervision, and capable of delivering quality outputs within project timelines.
- Experience in international BIM projects, large-scale building projects, BIM 360 / Autodesk Construction Cloud, ISO 19650, COBie, and Revit family creation will be preferred.
