Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Senior Marketing Executive with strong experience in B2B marketing, email campaigns, inbound lead generation, and digital marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns, coordinating with sales teams, and driving lead generation activities for IT services or consulting businesses.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Plan and manage email and 360 marketing campaigns
- Drive inbound lead generation and coordinate with sales
- Create content for emails, blogs, landing pages, and social media
- Manage LinkedIn and other professional social channels
- Track campaign performance and prepare reports
- Conduct market and competitor research
- Support SEO, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads
- Manage CRM and lead tracking




- Coordinate with internal teams for campaign execution
- Prepare reports and presentations using Excel and PowerPoint

Required Skills

- 3+ years of marketing experience, preferably in B2B IT/IT consulting
- 1+ year in inbound lead generation and 360 campaign management
- Robust knowledge of email marketing, CRM, and lead management
- Excellent content writing and communication skills
- Strong analytical, reporting, and presentation skills
- Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns independently

Preferred Skills

- Experience in Account-Based Marketing (ABM)
- Familiarity with project management tools
- Knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Ads, and LinkedIn paid campaigns
- Strong research and strategic planning skills
