We are hiring a BIM Coordinator MEP with strong experience in Revit MEP, Navisworks, BIM coordination, clash detection, clash resolution, and project delivery.

The candidate should have 5+ years of experience in MEP BIM coordination and should be capable of coordinating Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, and ELV / Low Current services across multidisciplinary BIM models.

Key responsibilities include reviewing MEP BIM models, coordinating with architectural, structural, and MEP teams, identifying clashes and design coordination issues, and ensuring that models are developed as per project standards and requirements.

The candidate will be responsible for conducting clash detection using Navisworks, preparing clash reports, assigning issues to relevant teams, tracking clash resolution progress, and ensuring timely closure of coordination comments.

The role requires positive understanding of MEP services, ability to read and interpret design drawings, shop drawings, schematics, layouts, specifications, and coordination drawings.





The candidate should coordinate with BIM Modelers, Project Leads, Engineers, Consultants, and Clients to ensure smooth project communication, timely delivery, and proper implementation of BIM workflows.

The candidate should have knowledge of BIM standards, LOD requirements, BEP, EIR, ISO 19650, model federation, worksets, view templates, parameters, naming conventions, and coordination workflows.

The candidate should be able to review model quality, check drawing outputs, support shop drawing preparation, monitor project progress, and guide junior BIM team members where required.

The candidate should be detail-oriented, responsible, able to manage multiple coordination tasks, and capable of delivering quality outputs within project timelines.

Experience in international BIM projects, large-scale building projects, BIM 360 / Autodesk Construction Cloud, COBie, Revit family review, and client coordination will be preferred.
