Roles and Responsibilities

- Manage relationships with existing clients to identify their financial goals and provide tailored insurance solutions.

- Develop current business opportunities through networking, referrals, and prospecting.

- Conduct needs analysis to understand client requirements and recommend suitable products from our range of life insurance offerings.

- Achieve sales targets by selling life insurance policies, bancassurance products, or other relevant financial services.

- Provide excellent customer service by resolving client queries and concerns in a timely manner.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 1-3 years of experience in BFSI sales, preferably in life insurance or related fields (bancassurance sales).

- Strong understanding of general insurance, health insurance, investment products, mutual funds, PMS, AIFs etc. .

- Excellent communication skills for effective relationship management with clients.

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting sales targets.
