- Oversee the Middle Office function, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Develop and implement effective processes for trade capture, reconciliation, and settlement across multiple asset classes.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to identify areas for improvement in trade life cycle operations and drive initiatives to optimize efficiency.
- Ensure accurate and timely submission of regulatory reports, including MIFID II/FCA returns.
Job Requirements :
- 15-22 years of experience in investment banking or a related field.
- Robust understanding of CFTC regulations and their application in an investment banking environment.
- Proven track record in managing complex projects involving multiple teams and stakeholders.
