Sector Expert - Land Acquisition (Railway)

Required Qualifications :

Qualified Skilled preferably having Degree or Diploma with minimum experience of 5 years in dealing the land acquisition cases of construction project/Road over bridge projects

OR Minimum 5 year experience in state revenue department (such as patwari) dealing with land acquisition/Land measurement case etc.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle and coordinate land acquisition cases for construction, road, and ROB projects, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and government procedures.
- Coordinate with revenue authorities, landowners, and other stakeholders for land identification, measurement, ownership verification, and acquisition-related matters.
- Review and resolve land records, mutation, compensation, demarcation, and other revenue-related issues arising during project implementation.
- Support the project team in timely resolution of land acquisition challenges, maintaining documentation and liaising with government departments for necessary approvals and clearances.
