Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain full-stack applications using Python, Node.js, and frontend frameworks.
- Design and implement scalable REST APIs and microservices.
- Build responsive, high-performance, and user-friendly interfaces.
- Integrate frontend applications with backend services and third-party APIs.
- Collaborate with architects and technical leads on solution design and implementation.
- Write clean, efficient, reusable, and maintainable code.
- Perform unit testing, debugging, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.
- Participate in code reviews, sprint planning,



and agile ceremonies.
- Work closely with DevOps teams to implement CI/CD pipelines and deployment strategies.
- Ensure application security, scalability, reliability, and availability.
- Resolve production issues and continuously improve application performance.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies, frameworks, and development best practices.

Must-Have Qualifications

- 5-9 years of experience in Full Stack Development.
- Strong hands-on development experience in Python (Flask/FastAPI) and Node.js (NestJS/Express).
- Experience with React.js, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Expertise in developing RESTful APIs and microservices.
- Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
- Experience with PostgreSQL and MongoDB.
- Hands-on experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile practices.
- Working knowledge of Azure, AWS, or GCP.
- Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.

Good-to-Have Skills

- Exposure to Generative AI, OpenAI APIs, and basic RAG concepts.
- Experience with Docker and containerization.
- Knowledge of Redis or caching technologies.
- Familiarity with OAuth2, JWT, and authentication/authorization mechanisms.
- Experience in responsive UI design and performance optimization.
