- Key Responsibilities Handle customer inquiries and prepare competitive quotations Manage end-to-end order processing (PO to dispatch)
- Submit online tenders on GeM portal for government and private clients Follow up on quotations and payments Coordinate with production, logistics, and accounts teams
- Share dispatch details and documentation with clients Maintain inquiry, order, and invoice records Resolve customer queries (pre post order)
- Prepare MIS reports (daily, weekly, monthly)
- Requirements Diploma / Graduate Engineer (Mechanical / Instrumentation preferred) 2-3 years in backend sales or coordination role Experience in engineering product industry preferred
- Knowledge of GeM portal tendering is mandatory Strong communication and coordination skills
- Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Advanced Excel for data analysis, MIS reporting, and dashboard preparation
