S. taxation to support accurate and timely tax compliance and filings.Key Responsibilities:Prepare and/or review U. S. tax returns (1040, 1065, 1120, 1120 S, 1041, etc.)Analyze financial data and supporting documents (W-2s, 1099s, K-1s, etc.)Perform basic tax computations including depreciation, estimates, and adjustmentsEnsure accuracy, completeness, and adherence to firm standardsIdentify discrepancies and escalate for reviewAssist with extensions, amendments, and compliance tasksMaintain organized workpapers and documentation Tools & Software: Ultra Tax, Pro Connect, Lacerte, Drake (preferred) Requirements:3+ year experience in U. S. TaxationStrong understanding of tax concepts & complianceGood attention to detail and time management skillsAbility to work in a deadline-driven environment
