Responsibilities

- Support the recruitment team in scheduling interviews and managing candidate communication.
- Maintain and update candidate databases with accurate information.
- Contribute to the development of job descriptions and recruitment strategies.
- Participate in team meetings and provide insights on market trends and candidate availability.
- Help organize and facilitate virtual recruitment events.

Requirements

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
