Key Responsibilities:
1. Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
2. Address and resolve customer concerns and issues in a professional and timely manner.
3. Provide accurate information about our services, course offerings, and enrollment procedures to potential students.
4. Assist with student registration, scheduling, and payment processing.
5. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience from start to finish.
6. Maintain customer records and update information as needed.
7. Seek opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional services to customers when appropriate.
