The role requires a proactive professional who can ensure accurate financial records, maintain statutory compliance, support management with financial insights, and coordinate effectively with auditors, banks, government authorities, and internal stakeholders.Accounting & Financial ManagementMaintain complete books of accounts and ensure accurate recording of all financial transactions.Manage general ledger, journal entries, account reconciliations, and month-end/year-end closing activities.Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.Assist in the preparation and finalization of Balance Sheets, Profit & Loss Statements, Cash Flow Statements, and MIS reports.Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.Ensure timely reconciliation of bank accounts, vendor accounts, customer accounts, and inter-company transactions.Taxation & Statutory ComplianceHandle GST compliance, including preparation and filing of returns, reconciliations, and responding to departmental queries.Manage TDS calculations, deductions, payments, return filing, and issuance of certificates.Ensure compliance with Income Tax, GST, and other applicable statutory regulations.Coordinate with tax consultants, auditors, and regulatory authorities during assessments and audits.Keep abreast of changes in tax laws and advise management on compliance requirements.Banking & Treasury ManagementManage daily banking transactions and maintain banking relationships.Prepare and monitor cash flow forecasts and working capital requirements.Handle bank reconciliations, fund transfers, and loan-related documentation.Coordinate with banks for credit facilities, bank guarantees, letters of credit, and other banking requirements.Foreign Trade & Import-Export DocumentationManage accounting and compliance related to import and export transactions.Coordinate documentation relating to Letters of Credit (LCs), Bank Guarantees (BGs), foreign remittances,



and inward/outward payments.Ensure compliance with FEMA regulations and foreign exchange procedures.Reconcile foreign currency transactions and monitor exchange rate impacts.Liaise with freight forwarders, customs agents, banks, and government authorities as required.Audit & Internal ControlsCoordinate statutory audits, tax audits, and internal audits.Prepare schedules, reconciliations, and supporting documents for auditors.Establish and maintain effective accounting controls and financial procedures.Ensure proper maintenance and safeguarding of financial records and documentation.Software & SystemsMaintain accurate accounting records using Tally ERP/Tally Prime.Generate financial reports and MIS from Tally and other accounting systems.Support process improvements and automation initiatives within the finance function.Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor's Degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (B.Com mandatory).CA Inter, CMA, or equivalent qualification preferred.Minimum 10 years of accounting and finance experience, preferably in a manufacturing, trading, engineering, or import-export environment.Strong hands-on experience with Tally ERP/Tally Prime.Thorough knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, accounting standards, and statutory compliance.Experience handling import-export transactions, foreign remittances, and banking documentation.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools.Key Skills & CompetenciesStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Excellent understanding of accounting principles and financial controls.High level of accuracy and attention to detail.Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.Strong organizational and time-management skills.Good communication and coordination skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet statutory deadlines.Reporting ToFinance Head / Managing DirectorEmployment TypeFull-TimeLocationKopar KhairneCompensationCompetitive salary commensurate with qualifications and experience.HOW TO APPLY:email your resume to [email protected] & [email protected]
