Lead Engagement & Sales ConversionConnect with leads generated through Meta, Google, Justdial, organic channels, and other sources.Have meaningful, consultative conversations to understand learner needs, interests, and goals.Recommend the right music programs and encourage prospects to visit the centre.Schedule trial classes and centre visits based on teacher availability and batch calendars.Follow up consistently and convert bookings into actual visits and enrolments.Own key funnel metrics such as Lead-to-Booking % and Booking-to-Visit %.? Learner Counselling & OnboardingWelcome learners and parents visiting the centre.Understand their requirements, availability, and course preferences.Guide them towards the most suitable program and batch.Coordinate with teachers and the Centre Head to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.? CRM & Performance ManagementMaintain accurate lead data and follow-up records in the CRM.Track daily activities, conversions, and funnel performance.Ensure robust follow-up discipline and timely movement of leads through the sales funnel.



What Makes You a Great Fit?1–3 years of experience in sales, inside sales, counselling, customer success, operations, or other customer-facing roles.Excellent spoken Tamil and English communication.Strong ability to build rapport and have persuasive, meaningful conversations.Comfortable working with sales targets, KPIs, follow-ups, and conversion metrics.Strong customer orientation with active listening and empathy.Excellent coordination and time-management skills.Comfortable working with CRMs, Google Sheets, Google Calendar, and other productivity tools.A proactive, ownership-driven approach with the ability to work in a fast-paced setting.Your Background Could Be FromWe’re particularly interested in candidates from:?
