The Customer Retention Manager will be responsible for managing relationships with existing customers and serving as the single point of contact (SPOC) for all customer-related concerns and requirements. The role involves proactively communicating with customers, understanding their concerns, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring timely and effective resolution without unnecessary escalation.
