Role DescriptionWe are seeking a agile and experienced Statistics Tutor for a full-time remote role. The tutor will actively engage students through structured online sessions, deliver concept-driven lessons for international curricula, and support students in achieving strong academic outcomes by strengthening analytical reasoning, data interpretation, and problem-solving skills.Responsibilities and DutiesDeliver live online Statistics classes for international curricula (IB / AP / SAT / other global boards)Explain statistical concepts clearly using real-world datasets, case studies, and practical applicationsBuild strong conceptual understanding in areas such as probability, data analysis, inferential statistics, and hypothesis testingDesign and execute customized lesson plans based on individual student learning needsCreate and share high-quality teaching materials, worksheets, and practice assessmentsAssign, review, and evaluate homework, tests,
and statistical projectsFacilitate interactive discussions to enhance critical thinking and quantitative reasoningProvide additional academic support to students requiring extra assistanceMaintain strong professional relationships with students and parentsTrack, document, and regularly report student progress and performanceSkills RequiredProven experience teaching Statistics for IB, AP, or other international curriculaStrong understanding of descriptive and inferential statistics across multiple levelsAbility to simplify complex statistical methods and formulas into easy-to-understand explanationsExcellent communication and student-engagement skillsStrong written communication with high attention to detailExcellent time-management and organizational skillsMinimum 2+ years of teaching experience (formal or informal)Comfortable teaching students in an online environmentProactive, adaptable, and student-centric approach to teachingTimings8 hours a day between 6 AM–9 AM and 4 PM–10 PMWeek off can be given on Tuesday / Wednesday / Thursday
