Outbound Telesales / Appointment Setting Executive – RemoteWe are looking for an experienced Outbound Telesales / Appointment Setting Executive to join our remote sales team.This is a voice-based outbound sales role. Your primary responsibility will be to cold call prospects, identify and qualify sales opportunities, handle initial objections, and book qualified appointments for our sales closers.Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound cold calls to prospective businesses/customers.Speak with decision-makers and identify potential sales opportunities.Qualify prospects based on their requirements and interest.Book qualified appointments for the sales closing team.Handle objections confidently and professionally.Follow up with interested prospects when required.Maintain accurate records of calls and appointments.Achieve daily and weekly calling and appointment-setting targets.Requirements1+ years of hands-on outbound telesales/cold-calling experience.UK or other international outbound calling/sales experience is preferred.Experience selling to international customers or businesses.B2B telesales or appointment-setting experience is preferred.Strong sales, persuasion,



and objection-handling skills.Excellent spoken English and professional telephone communication.Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls and working towards targets.Able to work independently in a remote workplace.Reliable internet connection and suitable work-from-home setup.ImportantThis is primarily an outbound voice sales position. We are looking for candidates with genuine cold-calling/telesales experience, preferably dealing with UK or other international markets.Email marketing experience is not required.Job DetailsPosition: Outbound Telesales / Appointment Setting Executive Work Mode: Remote / Work From Home Working Days: Monday to Friday Shift: 2:00 PM – 11:30 PM IST Weekly Off: Saturday & Sunday Salary: ₹30,000/month + performance-based incentives for the first 90 days Experience: 1+ years Salary Review: Based on performance after the initial 90-day period.This is an L1 appointment-setting role. Your responsibility is to cold call, qualify prospects, and book appointments. Final sales closing will be handled by our closers.
