The role focuses on mentoring technical teams, managingcomplex technical escalations, ensuring adherence to best practices, and serving as atrusted technical advisor to customers and internal stakeholders. Leader – Technical willact as the face of SOLIZE, interfacing and working closely with the internal sales teams,Dassault Systemes Technical teams as well as Brand teams to deliver value tocustomers.Key Responsibilities:• Technical Leadership:- Provide technical leadership across Dassault Systèmes products and relatedtechnologies. Guide and mentor the team of engineers in diagnosing andresolving complex product & application related issues. Establish technicalstandards, documentation, and best practices. Review technical solutionsand recommend improvements for performance, scalability, andmaintainability. Act as the highest technical escalation point for criticalcustomer issues.• Customer Technical Engagement- Lead technical Pre & Post Sales alongside the sale team helping & supportingthem on day-to-day basis. Ensure timely resolution of customer escalationswhile meeting service-level commitments. Monitor recurring issues andidentify long-term corrective actions. Improve technical support processesand knowledge management practices.• Team Leadership:- Mentor Technical Consultants, Support Engineers, and Product Specialists.Conduct technical reviews and coaching sessions. Identify competency gapsand develop technical learning plans.



Support recruitment and onboarding oftechnical resources. Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, andcontinuous learning.• Knowledge Management & Continuous improvement:- Develop and maintain technical documentation, troubleshooting guides, andknowledge articles. Promote knowledge sharing across teams. Build reusabletechnical assets and diagnostic procedures. Standardize troubleshootingmethodologies and support processes.- Evaluate new Dassault Systèmes product releases and features. Recommendimprovements to support methodologies and operational efficiency. Driveautomation initiatives for monitoring, diagnostics, and reporting. Encourageadoption of industry’s best practices and emerging technologies.Requirements - Skills & QualificationsMust Have:• 10 – 15 years of experience in a similar role of leading a technical team in theengineering software domain, preferably from the Dassault Systemes eco systemwith a minimum of 5 years in technical leadership, support, or technical salesrole.• Strong understanding of PLM principles and engineering workflows• Strong leadership competencies like technical leadership, Coaching andmentoring, Customer-focused problem solving, Analytical thinking, Decisionmaking, Stakeholder management, Communication and presentation skills,Collaboration across cross-functional teams & Continuous improvement mindsetNice to have/preferred skills and experience• Knowledge of Dassault technologies, including CATIA, DELMIA, BIOVIA &SIMULIA; alongside the 3DEXPERIENCE Platform with certifications.• Hands-on experience of working with the 3DEXPERIENCE® Platform• Knowledge of CAD Automation technologies EKL and languages like JAVA,MQL and JPO knowledge• Exposure to cloud-hosted enterprise applications.• Good understanding of Hardware, Operating Systemes and Data basemanagement.Benefits• Technical organization is a significant pillar to the growth of the business, anda good technical leader will support the business managing and navigating thechallenges and ensuring we have good credibility in our support services.
