- Design and implement Salesforce Data Cloud solutions to support customer data unification and activation.
- Configure Data Cloud objects, data streams, identity resolution rules, and calculated insights.
- Develop and maintain customer 360 profiles across multiple channels and systems.
- Configure data ingestion from CRM, marketing, commerce, service, and external enterprise systems.
- Build integrations between Salesforce Data Cloud and source systems using APIs, ETL tools, MuleSoft, Informatica, or other middleware platforms.
- Create audience segments for marketing, sales, and customer experience use cases.
- Participate in solution architecture and design workshops.
- Translate business requirements into scalable Data Cloud solutions.
- Collaborate with architects, data engineers, marketers, business analysts, and Salesforce consultants.
Experience & Background
- 5+ years of experience in consulting or any other offshore-onshore coordinated work
- Strong SQL skills.
- Experience with APIs (REST/SOAP).
- Data modeling and data warehousing concepts.
- ETL/ELT development experience.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
- Understanding of customer data management and identity stitching.
- Manage end-to-end delivery for projects
- Extensive experience working with global clients
