Role: Manager - Director - Account Lead (Media Digital)

Experience Required: 7 years from a Media Digital Agency background

Location: Mumbai (Navi Mumbai)

Key Responsibilities

- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts and build strong client relationships.
- Lead the Account partnership across India as the senior client servicing lead.
- Provide strategic leadership across digital media, performance marketing, and integrated communications.
- Act as the primary client advisor, driving business growth, innovation, and long-term partnership value.
- Own delivery excellence, commercial targets, stakeholder management, and cross-market collaboration.
- Develop integrated, data-driven media solutions that deliver measurable business outcomes.
- Streamline operational processes, governance frameworks, and ways of working across markets.
- Identify opportunities for broader dentsu engagement and drive account across global and regional teams.




- Must have positive communication skills, must have worked on Google and Meta.
- Should also understand other direct buys as well as Performance and SEO concepts.

Required Skills & Experience

- 7+ years of experience in Account Management, Media Planning within an advertising or Media agency.
- Understanding of Media planning , client servicing.
- Excellent client management, project management, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
