Signature Dwellings is expanding its pre-sales team for residential projects in South Bengaluru, hiring across Executive. This role owns the lead management and pre-sales function - from first contact through to a confirmed site visit - ensuring every lead is qualified, called, followed up, and converted into quality footfall for the sales team.
What You'll Do
- Make outbound calls to leads (channel-sourced, marketing-generated, and walk-in database) to qualify and engage them
- Generate and schedule quality site visits through consistent calling and follow-up
- Manage the end-to-end pre-sales process: lead qualification, follow-ups, and CRM tracking
- Coordinate with channel partners and marketing to ensure timely, accurate lead flow
- Ensure a smooth handover of site-visit-ready leads to the sales team
- Maintain and analyze lead funnel data - call-to-visit conversion, drop-offs, response times
What We're Looking For
- Executive: 2-3 years of experience in pre-sales, telecalling, or lead management, preferably in residential real estate
- Strong calling discipline and comfort with high-volume outbound calling
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools and lead funnel management
- Excellent communication, follow-up discipline, and stakeholder management skills
