Associate – Program Management (Regional SPOC)Job Title: Associate Function: Career Advancement Services (CAS) Reports to Position: Regional Manager – CAS Program Management Location: Hyderabad Band: As applicableJob PurposeTo execute end-to-end placement operations for an assigned region by managing job postings, coordinating shortlisting and interviews, supporting recruiter interactions, handling offers and invoicing, and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for students and recruiters.Job OutlineAs an Associate – Program Management (Regional SPOC) in the Career Advancement Services (CAS) department, the job holder is responsible for managing the execution layer of placement operations for a specific region. The incumbent will work closely with the Regional Manager, CBD team, Student Engagement (S&E;), and other internal stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate delivery of all placement-related activities.The role involves handling multiple recruiter accounts, coordinating with students and internal teams, and ensuring all activities such as job postings, shortlist communication, interview scheduling support, offer management, and invoicing are completed within defined timelines.The job holder is expected to maintain high levels of accuracy, responsiveness, and stakeholder coordination, contributing to a seamless placement experience. The role requires the ability to multitask, manage high volumes of transactions during peak cycles, and maintain solid attention to detail.Job SpecificationKnowledge / QualificationBachelor’s degree in any discipline (Management/Operations preferred)Basic understanding of placement processes or program management is an advantageSkillsTechnical:Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint,
and data handlingFamiliarity with portals/CRM tools (Salesforce or similar preferred)Basic understanding of invoicing and data trackingBehavioural:Strong communication and coordination skillsHigh attention to detail and accuracyAbility to multitask and meet deadlinesStrong ownership and accountabilityExperience1–2 years of experience in operations, program management, or coordination rolesExperience in handling multiple stakeholders preferredExposure to academic or placement environments is an added advantageKey Result Areas (KRAs) & Performance IndicatorsSl.No - KRA - KPI1.Regional Coordination & Responsibilities - a) Job postings, shortlists & offers across assigned CBDs (PGP & PGP YL) – released within 6 hours of request with ≥98% accuracy. b) Invoice follow-up & collection (Co25). c) Salesforce & Admission Data, Document Verification, Consent Forms2.CAS PPT- PGP Co26 & YL - Co27 - a) Coordinating with CBDs and ASA for venue of PPT/CAS events. b) Notifying Logistics spocs on Venue for required arrangements c) sharing event reports and recorded PPTs for stakeholder visibility3.Portal Enhancements and UAT - a) Drafting BRDs & Reviewing PRDs for Milestones b) Building Scenarios & User Acceptance Testing c) Functional alignment to Placement policy4.Miscellaneous Activities - a) Assisting in IC hiring (assessments & selection), building training content. b) Creating Student & Recruiter Modules & Documentation. c) Supporting the team in completion of common activities like Profile Corrections, Consent Form Activation, Exit Process.5.Placement Readiness - a) Smooth execution of physical/hybrid placements b) Plan interview-room & floor layouts, & service off-season placement processes across companies c) Manage student travel logistics Any Other Significant InputWillingness to work extended hours during placement cyclesAbility to handle high transaction volumes with accuracyStrong coordination with multiple stakeholders
