What You’ll Own
- Translate customer requirements into functional, aesthetic space plans
- Own the complete design deliverables
- Deliver an exceptional, trust-led customer experience
- Manage pipeline and drive monthly revenue targets
- Ensure transparent, seamless project handover to execution teams
What We’re Looking For
- Freshers or Designers with up to 1 year of experience in residential interiors (modular + space planning)
- Graduation / relevant Diploma | 15+ years of Academic education
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or similar tools
- Experience in client-facing or design-and-build setups
- Solid communication and presentation skills
- High ownership mindset with comfort in target-driven environments.
