We are looking for a seasoned Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant – SCM to lead functional support, issue resolution, enhancements, and continuous improvement in a global AMS environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide L2/L3 functional support for Dynamics 365 SCM / AX 2012.
- Manage incidents, service requests, changes, enhancements, and RCA.
- Support end-to-end Procurement, Inventory, Sales, Warehousing, and Production processes.
- Lead requirement gathering, impact analysis, functional design, SIT/UAT, and deployments.
- Partner with business stakeholders, technical teams, and Microsoft support.
- Drive process optimization and recommend D365-based improvements.
- Ensure adherence to ITIL, SLA, incident, problem, and change management processes.
- Maintain functional documentation, SOPs, and knowledge repositories.




- Mentor support teams and contribute to knowledge management and best practices.

Key Requirements

- 15+ years of experience in Dynamics AX/Dynamics 365, with robust expertise in D365 SCM.
- Extensive experience across Procurement, Inventory, Sales, Warehousing, and Production.
- Mandatory experience in AMS / Managed Application Support environments.
- Strong understanding of D365 architecture, LCS, DEV/UAT/PROD, workflows, and data management.
- Experience with ITIL processes and tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, Remedy, or Azure DevOps.
- Excellent analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
- Experience working in global onsite-offshore support models.
