Job Purpose

The Senior Manager /Head- Admissions is responsible for driving student enrolment,

delivering an exceptional admission experience to parents, managing the end-to-end

admissions process, supporting marketing initiatives, maintaining accurate admission

records, and ensuring compliance with school policies. The role contributes significantly to

achieving the school's enrolment and retention objectives while upholding the values and

reputation of Seth M. R. Jaipuria Schools.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

Student Enrolment

 Achieve annual enrolment and new admission targets.

 Develop and execute admission plans to maximize student strength.

 Build strong relationships with prospective parents and students.

Admissions Process

 Manage the admission journey from enquiry to enrolment.

 Improve walk-in to admission conversion.

 Ensure complete and accurate admission documentation, fee collection, admission files

and Student Eligibility Assessment (SEA) records.

Parent Experience

 Deliver excellent parent service and counselling.





 Support initiatives to improve School Improvement Survey scores and reduce student

dropouts.

Marketing & Outreach

 Coordinate with Marketing for campaigns and lead generation.

Represent the school at education fairs and community events.

 Ensure optimum utilization of the approved marketing budget.

Data &Reporting;

 Maintain accurate admission data and submit monthly reports.

 Track admission trends and share insights.

Learning & Development

 Participate in career development programmes.

 Implement best practices within the admissions function.

Compliance & Continuous Improvement

 Ensure compliance with school policies and statutory requirements.

 Recommend and implement process improvements.

Educational Qualification

 Bachelor Degree (Mandatory)

 Master Degree/MBA in Marketing, Education, Business Administration or related

discipline (Preferred)
