- The role also involves working with HR data and dashboards to identify trends, generate insights, and support better decision-making.
- The ideal candidate enjoys simplifying complex processes, improving systems, and balancing operational efficiency with empathy in people-facing processes.
- This is a remote role with occasional travel to campuses.
