Role & responsibilities :-

Production Planning, Maintenance & Control

- Handling Laser welding/cutting cell with robotic line
- Robot Teaching and programming to Support Current Product Production
- Execute daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules based on customer demand and dispatch requirements.
- Ensure achievement of production targets with optimum utilization of manpower, machines, and materials.
- Coordinate with Stores, Quality, Maintenance, and Dispatch departments for smooth operations.
- Monitor line productivity, cycle time, OEE, and production efficiency. Reduce rejection, rework
- Troubleshooting Small breakdowns and solving in Line
- Supervise production activities in Laser welding lines, Laser cutting Line, shearing Machines
- Ensure on-time delivery without compromising quality and safety.
- Conduct autonomous maintenance activities. Ensure basic operating conditions including cleaning, tightening, lubrication, and inspection. Monitor air leaks, oil leaks, lubrication systems
- Implement best practices from corporate standards.
- Implement cost reduction improvements and involve in productivity improvement initiatives.
- Improve equipment reliability and machine efficiency.
- Support Kaizen competitions and continuous improvement programs.
- Coordinate preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance activities.
- Ensure calibration and periodic testing of equipment and utilities.
- Update production records in SAP. Prepare: Daily Production Reports ,Monthly Production Reports
- WCM AM Reports ,KPI/KRA Reports ,Consumption Reports ,CAPA Reports
- Maintain all production documentation as per company systems. Ensure all products meet customer quality requirements and standards.
- Conduct CAPA analysis
- Ensure compliance with:



IATF 16949 ,EMS ,TPM ,WCM ,ISO Standards ,Safety Standards
- Participate in customer audits, EMS audits, IATF audits, SOP audits, and stock audits.

Shop Floor Management

- Manage shop floor operations and monitor daily production activities.
- Supervise fabrication works, machine operations, welding activities, and assembly processes.
- Maintain discipline, 5S, Kaizen, and safety standards across the shop floor.
- Improve workstations and plant layout for better productivity and workflow.
- Ensure proper line balancing and manpower allocation.
- Monitor rejection, rework, downtime, and implement corrective actions.
- Conduct daily shop floor meetings, HAKA meetings, OEE analysis meetings, and rejection review meetings.

Safety & Environmental Responsibilities

- Ensure zero accident culture in the plant.
- Conduct safety audits and safety committee meetings.
- Monitor safety interlocks and emergency systems.
- Coordinate statutory testing and
- Ensure proper disposal of hazardous waste.
- Monitor environmental compliance activities.

Team Management & Leadership

- Lead production supervisors, engineers, technicians, operators, and maintenance teams.
- Assign work and monitor completion status.
- Conduct training and skill development programs.
- Coach and mentor employees for productivity improvement.
- Manage contractor activities and ensure compliance.
- Coordinate multiple shifts and ensure smooth operations.
