Position: Territory Head

Location: Kolkata – Menaka Estate

Key Responsibilities:

Drive business growth through Bancassurance partnerships

Lead, mentor, and manage high-performing sales teams

Strengthen relationships with channel partners and key stakeholders

Achieve sales targets while ensuring business profitability

Implement sales strategies and monitor team performance

Eligibility:

Minimum Graduate (Post Graduate Preferred)

Experience Required:

7–12 years of experience in Retail/Distribution Sales

Minimum 5 years of team management experience

Experience in Insurance, Bancassurance, or BFSI channel partner sales will be an added advantage
