Study of enquiry, Preparing Technical and Commercial Offer for Automation and Electrical System, Documentation and offer submission in Gem and other Govt. portal, Tender Search, interaction with vendors and customers.
Responsibilities:
Study and analyze technical enquiries and tender documents for Automation and Electrical Systems projects, understanding the scope, requirements, and specifications.
Prepare comprehensive technical and commercial offers that are compliant with tender requirements and accurately reflect the proposed solutions and pricing for Automation and Electrical Systems.
Coordinate and gather necessary information from internal teams (e.g., engineering, projects) and external vendors to support offer preparation.
Handle documentation and offer submission on government portals like GeM (Government e-Marketplace) and other relevant platforms, ensuring all requirements are met and deadlines are strictly adhered to.
Proactively search for relevant tenders on various government and private portals to identify current business opportunities.
Interact effectively with vendors to obtain quotations for required components and services, negotiating terms to ensure competitive pricing.
Communicate and interact with customers to understand their needs, clarify technical points, and provide updates on offer submissions.
