Job Summary

Position Title: SAP PP - Senior

Your Key Responsibilities

- Own and support SAP PP processes including Demand Planning, MRP, Production Orders, Capacity Planning, and Scheduling.
- Configure and enhance PP master data (BOM, Work Centers, Routings, Production Versions).
- Support MRP runs, analyze exceptions, and optimize planning parameters.
- Work closely with MM, QM, EWM, IBP, and OT/Planning teams to ensure seamless integration.
- Participate in SIT, UAT, cutover, and go-live support, including hypercare.
- Analyze defects and change requests; provide root cause analysis and solution design.
- Prepare functional specifications, test scripts, and process documentation.
- Engage with business stakeholders across regions to gather requirements and align expectations.

Skills and attributes for success

What we look for

- 4+ years of hands-on experience in SAP PP with some experience in MM




- Solid knowledge of MRP, Planned Orders, Production Orders, Capacity Planning.
- Experience integrating PP with MM, QM, EWM, and/or IBP.
- Exposure to high-volume, complex manufacturing environments (semiconductor / high-tech preferred).
- Strong debugging, testing, and documentation skills.
- Ability to work in a global, offshore-onshore model and manage stakeholders effectively
- Experience in high-volume, complex manufacturing or high-tech environments.
