About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition qualified with a strong background in executive hiring and leadership recruitment. The ideal candidate should have experience hiring senior professionals through direct sourcing, market mapping, and competitive intelligence. Candidates from Real Estate, Construction, EPC, PMC, Infrastructure, or top executive search/staffing firms are preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for senior leadership positions across business functions.
- Drive executive hiring through proactive market mapping and talent intelligence.
- Conduct competitor mapping to identify and engage high-quality talent.
- Build strong talent pipelines for current and future leadership requirements.
- Partner closely with business leaders and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and provide strategic recruitment solutions.




- Execute headhunting and passive candidate engagement using multiple sourcing channels.
- Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Track recruitment metrics and provide regular hiring updates to stakeholders.

Preferred Background

- 6-15 years of experience in Talent Acquisition with a focus on executive hiring.
- Experience in Real Estate, Construction, EPC, PMC, Infrastructure, or reputed Executive Search/Staffing firms.
- Strong expertise in leadership hiring, talent mapping, competitor research, and headhunting.
- Proven experience in hiring for niche and business-critical roles.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Strong networking and sourcing capabilities using LinkedIn Recruiter and other talent platforms.
