Access Healthcare is looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused professionals to join our Scheduling Voice Process team.

Eligibility Criteria

- Graduate in any discipline (mandatory)
- Minimum 8 months of experience in an International Voice Process
- Excellent English communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working in night shifts

Job Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound calls with international clients.
- Schedule, reschedule, and coordinate appointments accurately.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through qualified communication.




- Update and manage customer information in internal systems.
- Adhere to quality, compliance, and productivity standards.
