Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Civil Project Manager with strong expertise in planning, execution, coordination, monitoring, and successful delivery of civil construction projects.

The candidate should have proven experience in handling large-scale building, infrastructure, commercial, industrial, or similar construction projects. The role requires managing site teams, contractors, vendors, consultants, project schedules, budgets, safety, quality, and client coordination.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead and manage complete project execution from planning to handover.
2. Prepare project schedules, execution plans, resource plans, and progress reports.
3. Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, contractors, vendors, and internal teams.
4. Monitor daily site progress and ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and timelines.
5. Manage structural works, finishing works, MEP coordination, and site development activities.
6. Ensure project milestones are achieved within the approved budget and timeline.
7. Review drawings, BOQs, project specifications, and technical documents.
8. Track project costs, billing, variations, subcontractor payments,



and budget control.
9. Conduct project review meetings and prepare MIS and progress reports.
10. Ensure compliance with safety, quality, statutory, and contractual requirements.
11. Identify project risks, delays, and bottlenecks and implement corrective actions.
12. Manage manpower, materials, machinery, and subcontractor performance.
13. Ensure proper documentation, approvals, inspection records, and handover documents.
14. Maintain strong client relationships and ensure smooth project communication.

Required Skills

- Strong civil construction execution and project management experience.
- Excellent knowledge of construction methodology, planning, quality, safety, and cost control.
- Experience in building, infrastructure, commercial, or industrial projects.
- Strong leadership and team-management skills.
- Positive communication, negotiation, and client-coordination skills.
- Knowledge of MS Project, Primavera, AutoCAD, and MS Office.
- Strong understanding of contracts, BOQs, billing, and project documentation.
- PMP certification will be preferred.

Candidate Profile

- B.E. / B.Tech / M.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- 812 years of relevant experience in civil construction project management.
- Should have handled projects independently as a Project Manager or Senior Project Engineer.
- Must be willing to work in Noida.
- Immediate to 30-day joiners preferred.
