Salary for Lucknow: 17k to 22k CTC
Salary for Gurugram and Noida : 15k CTC to 25k CTC
Roles & Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries through calls, chat, or email in a skilled manner.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
- Resolve customer issues promptly while ensuring high customer satisfaction.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when required.
