## Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Logistics & Supply Chain Manager to oversee end-to-end supply chain operations, logistics planning, warehouse coordination, and import/export activities. The ideal candidate should have solid leadership skills, hands-on experience in international trade, and the ability to ensuring efficient, cost-effective, and compliant operations.

## Key Responsibilities

* Manage end-to-end supply chain, logistics, and distribution operations.

* Lead and supervise the logistics and supply chain team, ensuring productivity and performance.

* Plan, coordinate, and monitor inbound and outbound shipments.

* Handle import and export documentation, customs clearance, freight forwarding, and regulatory compliance.

* Coordinate with shipping lines, CHA (Custom House Agents), freight forwarders, transporters, and vendors.

* Optimize inventory levels and ensure timely material availability.

* Monitor warehouse operations, dispatch planning, and transportation management.

* Negotiate freight rates and logistics contracts to optimize costs.

* Track shipments and resolve logistics issues to ensure on-time deliveries.

* Prepare MIS reports, logistics KPIs, and operational dashboards.

* Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, DGFT, customs, and international trade requirements.





* Collaborate with procurement, production, sales, and finance teams for smooth supply chain operations.

* Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs.

## Required Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.

* MBA or Post Graduate qualification in Supply Chain/Operations is preferred.

## Experience

* 58 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, and import/export operations.

* Proven experience managing a team.

* Hands-on experience with international shipping, customs procedures, and trade documentation.

* Experience in manufacturing, engineering, FMCG, or similar industries will be an advantage.

## Required Skills

* Strong knowledge of import/export regulations and documentation.

* Experience with customs clearance, freight forwarding, and international logistics.

* Team management and leadership skills.
