We are looking for dynamic Key Account Managers who are fluent in French, German, or Russian to strengthen our international sales team.

Job Responsibilities

- Develop and manage business opportunities in French, German, or Russian-speaking markets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with international customers and distributors.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate qualified leads.
- Handle customer inquiries, techno-commercial discussions, quotations, negotiations, and order closures.
- Coordinate with engineering, proposal, project, and production teams for timely execution.
- Conduct virtual meetings and presentations with overseas clients.
- Prepare sales forecasts, market intelligence, and competitor analysis.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and business development goals.
- Travel internationally whenever required.

Required Skills

- Fluent in French OR German OR Russian (Speaking, Reading & Writing).




- Excellent English communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and customer relationship management skills.
- Knowledge of International Business, Export Sales, or B2B Sales.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Self-driven with excellent presentation and communication skills.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Business Administration, International Business, or equivalent.

- 3–8 years of experience in:
- International Sales
- Export Sales
- Business Development
- Key Account Management

- Experience in industrial products, engineering solutions, EPC, environmental technologies, air pollution control equipment, filtration systems, cement, steel, power, chemical, or process industries will be preferred.

- Candidates having DELF/DALF (French), Goethe (German), TORFL (Russian), or equivalent language certifications will have an added advantage.

Languages Required

Candidates should be proficient in any one of the following:

- French
- German
- Russian
