- Qualification: UG/Graduate

- Experience: Fresher & Experienced can apply

- Salary: Up to 24,000 CTC

- Working: 6 days/week

- Shift: Rotational

Roles & Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries via calls, chat, or email.
- Provide accurate information about products and services.
- Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally.
- Maintain a positive and customer-focused attitude.
- Escalate complex issues to the relevant team when required.

2. Telesales Executive

- Location: Noida / Gurgaon

- Qualification: UG/Graduate

- Experience: Minimum 6 months

- Salary: Up to 30,000 CTC (25,000 In-hand)

- Working: 6 days/week

- Shift: Day Shift

Roles & Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Explain products/services and generate sales.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
- Handle customer objections and close sales effectively.
- Follow up with interested customers to achieve conversions.




- Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM/system.

- Qualification: UG/Graduate

- Experience: Fresher & Experienced can apply
