- Solid understanding of optical networking concepts: DWDM, amplifiers, ROADM, OTDR
• Proficiency in C++ and object-oriented programming
• Hands-on experience with embedded Linux development
• Good understanding of multi-threaded programming and real-time system constraints
• Familiarity with network management protocols such as NETCONF, YANG, and SNMP
• Experience using debugging tools like GDB, Valgrind, or similar
• Comfortable working with Git-based workflows and CI/CD pipelines
• Exposure to telecom or optical embedded platform development is preferred
