1. Experience & Skills: 5 to 14 years of experience, with deep expertise in Guidewire Insurance Suite (Policy Center, Claim Center, or Billing Center).
2. Technical Proficiency: Solid coding skills in Gosu, Java, Guidewire Studio, configuration, and Integration (API/messaging).
3. Cloud Focus: Experience with Guidewire Cloud Platform (GWCP), Cloud API, and DevOps practices.
