Roles and Responsibilities

- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and schedule interviews accordingly.

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of current hires into the organization.

- Manage end-to-end campus hiring process from sourcing to offer generation, ensuring timely communication with both parties.

- Managing interactions with educational institutions, placement officers and prospective candidates

- Coordinating onboarding activities, including IT asset issuance, NT ID creation and related processes
