Role :Backend & DevOps Engineer (Golang/GCP)

Required Technical Skill Set :GoLang (Go 1.25+), REST API Development, gorilla/mux, Microservices, PostgreSQL 17, Raw SQL, database/sql, Flyway, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Cloud Run, Cloud SQL, Cloud Build, Docker, CI/CD, Azure AD JWT Authentication, OAuth2, Secret Manager, SonarQube, FOSSA, Git, Unit Testing, Cloud Infrastructure

Desired Experience Range: 3-7 Years

Location of Requirement : Chennai/ Pune/Hyderabad

Must-Have

• Strong hands-on experience in GoLang backend development using REST APIs.
• Experience with gorilla/mux framework and microservice architectures.
• Strong understanding of Handler Service Repository architecture patterns.
• Experience writing optimized raw SQL queries using PostgreSQL and database/sql package.
• Hands-on experience with Flyway database migrations.
• Strong experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services including Cloud Run, Cloud SQL, Cloud Build, and Secret Manager.




• Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using GCP Cloud Build.
• Solid knowledge of Docker multi-stage builds and containerized deployments.
• Experience implementing Azure AD JWT Authentication and OAuth2 Client Credentials Flow.
• Experience integrating SonarQube and FOSSA for code quality and compliance.
• Strong understanding of unit testing using httptest, mockery, and go-sqlmock.
• Experience with Git-based source code management and code reviews.

Good to have

• Experience with enterprise-scale cloud-native applications.
• Familiarity with Manufacturing Engineering domain.
• Exposure to Kubernetes and container orchestration.
• Knowledge of API security best practices.
• Experience with performance optimization and cloud cost optimization.
• Understanding of DevSecOps practices.
• Experience working with Agile/Scrum teams.
• Strong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills
