Job Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Health Insurance Telecallers to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to explain health insurance products clearly to customers over the phone. Prior experience in telesales or the insurance industry is an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote and sell health insurance plans.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable health insurance products.
- Provide accurate information regarding policy features, benefits, premium, and coverage.
- Follow up with potential leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
- Maintain records of calls, customer details, and sales activities in CRM software.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through professional communication.
- Adhere to compliance guidelines and quality standards set by the organization.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum Qualification: 12th / Any Graduate.
- Experience: 0 - 3 years (Freshers with good communication skills welcome).
- Excellent verbal communication in Tamil and basic English
- Good persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle objections confidently.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with calling/CRM tools.
- Prior experience in health insurance or telesales is an added advantage.
