Role & responsibilities

Responsibilities:

- Laying out pages as per design file and specification within stipulated time.
- Making sure all marked corrections are properly interpreted and diligently carried out and no errors are introduced.
- Align journal contents such a headers, abstract, keywords, tables, paragraphs, figures, math equations, references etc, as per customer specifications.
- Pre-flighting PDFs and fixing any log errors.
- Coordinating with other team to ensure timely completion of allotted jobs.
- Adapting to working environment and defined workflow.

Candidate profile:

- Graduate with 4+ years of experience in publishing industry.
- InDesign with XML. In addition to books, if have worked on Journals will be added advantage.
- Good knowledge in Journal workflow.
- Analytical skills to review input material and logical understanding of template.
- Adaptable to work in shifts.
