- Salesforce Service Cloud Voice, CTI, Genesys integration, Maven context capture, agent assist, case lifecycle automation, screen-pop workflows.
- Experience or exposure to Maven AGI / Maven Intelligent Front Door is a solid plus.
- Experience in projects involving Salesforce / SFDC integration, Service Cloud Voice, CTI, screen-pop, or agent context delivery is a strong plus.
- India-based delivery, however working hours to cover required overlap with global stakeholders.
