Role & responsibilities

- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Promote and cross-sell banking products such as loans, insurance, fixed deposits, and credit cards.
- Generate leads through customer referrals, field visits, and local market activities.
- Understand customer financial needs and recommend suitable banking solutions.
- Ensure completion of KYC documentation and account opening formalities.
- Resolve customer queries and provide prompt service.
- Achieve monthly sales, revenue, and customer acquisition targets.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update banking systems.
- Coordinate with branch operations to ensure seamless customer service.
- Educate customers on digital banking services, including Internet Banking,



Mobile Banking, UPI, and Debit Cards.
- Ensure compliance with RBI guidelines and the bank's internal policies.
- Prepare daily activity reports and maintain sales pipelines.
- Participate in branch marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
- Support the Branch Manager in achieving overall branch business goals.
