- Handle international calls from clients across various time zones.
- Provide exceptional customer service to resolve customer queries and concerns.
- Process transactions, answer questions, and address issues in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers.
Job Requirements :
- 0-1 year of experience in BPO customer service or related field.
- Excellent communication skills for handling international voice processes.
- Ability to work on night shifts (rotating schedules).
- Basic computer knowledge for navigating software applications.
